Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has filed a representation in terms of an order passed by this Court in earlier round of litigation, however, till date it has not been decided and the same is pending with concerned respondent for last more than one year. 3. Learned counsel appearing for Respondent-University, on instructions, submits that if representation of petition is still pending, the same will be decided preferably within a period of eight weeks. 4. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the writ petition may be disposed of taking note of above submission made by learned counsel for Respondent-University. 5. In aforesaid circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of that assurance given by learned counsel for Respondent-University will be honourned and in case petitioner is constrained to approach this Court again for similar relief, it will be a ground to pass adverse order against concerned respondent.
