This Court disposed of the Writ Petition No.17612 of 2025 vide order dated 11.09.2025. In the operative portion, it is stated as below:
“With the above said observation, the writ petition is allowed and the impugned orders of both the Appellate and the Revisional Authority are hereby set aside and the matter is remanded back to the Joint Collector-3rd respondent to reconsider and pass appropriate orders on the grounds raised by the petitioner herein in accordance with law after giving due opportunity to all the affected parties. There shall be no order as to costs.”
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that no affected parties involved in the proceedings pending before the authority, hence, filed the present Review Petition to review the above said order by deleting the words “after giving due opportunity to all the affected parties” from the order.
The order is modified in the following:
