ORDER:- The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the Memo dated 18.03.2025 issued by the Respondent No.1 posting the unofficial Respondent as General Manager, APCO, Vijayawada on work orders basis and also the rhemo dated 19.04.2025 issued by the Respondent No.1 posting the Petitioner as Principal, Telugu Chenetha Parisrama Sikshana Kendram, Hindupur as illegal and arbitrary.
2. Seeking withdrawal of the present Writ Petition, learned counsel for the Petitioner has filed a letter dated 30.07.2025 into the Registry.
