Narendar) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Deputy Advocate General for the State. 2. The S.S.P. Haridwar shall consider and dispose of the representation (Annexure No. 3 to the writ petition), as expeditiously as possible and, if any offence is made out, the S.S.P. shall forthwith forward the same to the S.H.O for action, strictly in accordance with law. 3. Insofar as, the prayer regarding the sale deed executed by the father of the petitioner, this Court 1 2025:UHC:3910-DB refrains from expressing any opinion as the said fact would require adjudication of the disputed facts. 4. The writ petition stands disposed of. 5. The disposal of the writ petition will not come in the way of the petitioner if he so desires to approach the competent authority/Court. It is also stated that the father of the petitioner i.e. 2nd petitioner has already approached the Civil Court in O.S. No. 223 of 2023. 6. In that view, no further orders are called for in the instant writ petition. The suit be considered and disposed of by the court, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within an outer limit of twelve months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. _______________ G.
