The petitioner in her representation dated 15.02.2019 has sought for issuance of patta in her name. According to the petitioner, the subject property settled in her favour by her brother. The petitioner claims that ever since the date of the settlement, she has been in possession and enjoyment of the property. The petitioner later came to know that the property stands in the name of some other persons. In this regard, she has made a representation seeking the authorities to change the patta for the subject land in her name. 3. This court has gone through the documents available on record. 5. The Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy before the appropriate forum since the title or ownership of the property, cannot be decided based on the affidavit evidence.
