State has submitted a report which reflects that three title suits being TS 311, TS 314 and TS 315 are pending before the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.), 4th Court, Purba Bardhaman. The report also reflects that at the relevant point of time, considering the nature of the dispute, a proceeding under Sections 126/135of the BNSS was drawn up. Having considered the anxiety of the petitioner, I direct that, in case, any further inconveniences relating to sufferance of the petitioner is brought to the notice of the concerned police station, the police authorities would assess as also ascertain regarding the genuinity of the allegations, thereafter, take steps in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observations, WPA 25218 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of. Report so submitted be kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the petitioner. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon’ble High Court, Calcutta.
