And 8 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Tripurari Pal Counsel for Respondent :- G.A. Hon'ble Mahesh Chandra Tripathi,J. Hon'ble Anil Kumar-X,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the State- respondents and perused the material brought on the record. 2. The instant writ petition has been preferred for a mandamus commanding the respondent nos.2 to 3 to ensure the lodging of the FIR against the respondent nos.4 to 8 in view of the written compliant dated 27.03.2025. 3. After substantial arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would like to confine his prayer to the extent that the application which is pending consideration before respondent No.2 i.e. Superintendent of Police, Jaunpur, sent through registered post may be decided in the light of judgment of Hon'ble Apex Court in Lalita Kumari v. State of U.P. and others AIR 2014 Supreme Court 187 and Pradeep Nirankarnath Sharma vs. State of Gujarat and others 2025 SCC OnLine SC 559. 4. Learned A.G.A. is having no objection to the same. 5.
