It is stated in paragraph nos.2 &3 of the affidavit that according to the settlement agreement made between the parties on 16.07.2025, the necessary payment has already been made by the petitioner in favour of the respondent no.2, hence a prayer has been made to dismiss the present writ petition as withdrawn in view of the settlement agreement dated 16.07.2025.
