1. The writ petition is filed for the following relief:

2. Considering the submissions, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the case. Hence, notice to the respondents is dispensed with. 3. As admitted by the learned Government Pleader, the revision is pending before the 3rd respondent. The learned Government Pleader has pointed out certain defects in the revision. The fact remains that the revision was filed by the petitioner on 15.09.2025 and despite the efforts of the petitioner, it has not been taken up so far. -4- W.P. 4. In view of the above submissions, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the revision filed by the petitioner. If any lapses are found, following the due process of law, the 3rd respondent may have rectified such defects either by the petitioner or by the concerned officers, and decide the revision within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 6. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. __________________ JUSTICE D.RAMESH BV
