Learned counsel further submits that main accused is Akram, who was granted bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Hon’ble Court on 03.07.2023.
4.

7. On basis of report dated 28.05.2023 lodged by Pratap Singh (Sub-Inspector) against Akram, Jilsad and Azad about assault and robbery in the evening of 27.05.2023, a report is registered at P.S. Pahari, District Bharatpur and during investigation, accused Akram was arrested on 28.05.2023 and he was granted bail by a Coordinate Bench on
03.07.2023. After filing of charge-sheet against Akram, the investigation was kept pending against Jilsad and Azad, but after arrest of Jilsad and Azad on 13.02.2025 and 25.07.2025 respectively, police has filed a charge-sheet against them as well. 8. There are 6 criminal cases against Jilsad, whereas 17 criminal cases against Azad. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of Jilsad has submitted details of 6 criminal cases, whereas no details were filed in respect of Azad. 9. Considering the criminal background and regular involvement of Azad in different criminal cases, it is not a fit case to enlarge the applicant-Azad on bail, but Jilsad @ Dildad is entitled to be released on bail, in parity with Akram. 10. Upon hearing the arguments and perusing the record, we have found that the applicant-accused Jilsad is no more required in the investigation and he is in custody for quite some time. The further proceedings will take its own time, therefore, looking to entirety of facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, the Court deems it appropriate to grant bail to the applicant-accused Jilsad @ Dildad.
