JUSTICE BUDI HABUNG ORDER Date : 04-04-2025 Heard Mr. Tayum Son, learned counsel for the applicants. I have also heard Mr. Y. Riram, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the State respondent nos. 1, 2 and 3. This is an application for modification/correction of the order dated 28.03.2025, passed by this Court in WP(C)/135/2025 (Shri. Metaso Mimi and 13 Ors Vs. The State of AP and 3 Ors). The learned counsel for the applicants submits that in paragraph 4 which appeared in Page 5/6 in the last line, it has been incorrectly typed as ‘fault’ instead of ‘halt’. Therefore, prays for modification of the same. The prayer is allowed. Accordingly, the word ‘fault’ in the above sentence stands corrected as ‘halt’ and the last line of para 4 shall be read as under; Page No.# 5/5 “…However, due to false claim made by the respondent No. 4, the petitioners’ land compensation has been put to halt”. This order shall be read along with the order dated 28.03.2025 passed in WP(C)/135/2025. With the above, the order dated 28.03.2025, stands modified. The IA stands disposed of.
