These consent terms have been entered into between the Appellant and Respondent No. 3 and have been signed by the Appellant’s and the Respondent No. 3’s representatives and also identified by their respective advocates. The parties are also present in Court. 2. In Paragraph 7 of the consent terms, it has been categorically recorded that the Appellant does not have any claim of any nature whatsoever against the other Respondents i.e. Respondent No. 1, 2 and Respondent Nos. 4 to 8. 3. The copy of the consent terms is taken on record and marked as ‘X’ for Tiwari 501-FA-1202-2025.DOC identification. 4. The First Appeal is disposed of in view of the aforesaid consent terms.
