Shri Sanjay Srivastav, learned counsel for respondent no. 4 states that the address of the Project Implementation Unit has changed and he has provided the correct address. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to mention the current address of Project Implementation Unit in the array of parties. 3. The sole prayer made in the instant petition is for a direction to the statutory arbitrator, before whom proceedings under Section 3G(5) of National Highways Act is pending vide Case No. D202105310001660 (wrongly mentioned as D202105310001661 in the prayer clause) to decide the same in a specified time frame. 4. Having regard to the fact that the proceedings have been pending since the year 2023 and on two dates, the presiding officer has not taken up the case, as he was busy in administrative work, therefore, we dispose of the instant petition by providing that all efforts be made by the arbitrator to conclude the proceedings expeditiously. 5.
