Earlier, the bail petition of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 05.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36467 of 2022. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is renewing his prayer for bail on the ground of his prolonged custody i.e. 02.05.2022. 4. The report of the learned Trial Court shows that all the prosecution witnesses have been examined and the case is pending for recording the statement of the petitioner under Section 313 of the Cr.P.C. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31716 of 2025(4) dt.08-08-2025 2/2 5. It appears that the trial is on the verge of its conclusion, as such, it is not appropriate to grant bail to the petitioner.
