Learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 & 2 submits that in the present case, the closure report has already been filed by the Investigating Officer before the learned Trial Court, which is pending for adjudication, thus the present petition has become infructuous, as the same has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to the accused.
2. Learned State counsel verifies the aforesaid fact of filing closure report before the learned Trial Court.
