This MCC is filed for extension of time for compliance of the order dated 15/07/2025 passed in WPC No.3518/2025. 2. This Court while disposing of WPC No.3518/2025 on 15/07/2025 had passed the following direction/order:- “5. Considering the undertaking given by the counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the petitioner to repay the an amount of Rs. 1 lakh to the respondent bank within 7 days from today and further directs to repay the rest of the outstanding amount within 3 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The respondent bank is directed not to take any coercive step against the petitioner 2 for the above stated period of 7 days. 6. With the aforesaid direction, the present petition is disposed of.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that due to huge financial crises, petitioner could not pay the amount within an stipulated time as ordered/directed by this Court, however, now petitioner is ready to pay sum of Rs.1,50,000/- today itself to the respondent/bank and also ensure that rest of the amount will be paid within further four months. Learned counsel prayed that respondent-authority be directed to unlock/open the shop of the petitioner. 4. Learned counsel for the respondent-bank contended that respondent- authority shall unlock/open the shop of the petitioner on depositing sum of Rs.1,50,000/-. 5. In view of above submission, I feel inclined to grant extension of time as prayed for. 6. Accordingly, MCC is allowed. The petitioner is directed to pay sum of Rs.1,50,000/- to the respondent/bank till tomorrow and rest of the amount within further period of four months from today. 7. It is directed that on deposition of Rs.1,50,000/- by the petitioner till tomorrow, respondent-authority shall unlock/open the shop of the petitioner.- CC as per rules.
