1. The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short-'BNSS') seeking issuance direction to the official respondent No.2 to take action on his representation/complaint dated 26.12.2024 (Annexures P-1 & P-2).
2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has recently filed a representations dated 26.12.2024 before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala (Annexure P-1) and a complaint dated 26.12.2024 before Medical Superintendent, Rajinder Hospital-cum-Dental College, Patiala, (Annexure P-2) raising his grievance as mentioned in the present petition but the same has not yet been considered and no action has been taken thereon. He further submitted that at this stage, the petitioner would be satisfied if appropriate directions are issued to respondent No. 2- Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala, to take action on the aforesaid representation (Annexure P-1) filed by the petitioner and take necessary action thereon.

5. In view of the limited prayer made by the petitioner, without commenting anything on the merits of the case, the present petition is
disposed of at this stage with a direction to respondent No. 2 to decide the aforesaid complaint/representation dated 26.12.2024 (Annexure P-2) of the petitioner within a period of one month from today, by passing a speaking
order in accordance with law.
