Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, during the course of inquiry by this Court, the Court had called for the building plan of respondent No.8 and had observed that the gate leading to the disputed property was not shown therein and that this aspect was not referred to in the impugned order. In the opinion of this Court, the aspect urged by the learned counsel for the petitioner is an issue which does not fall within the scope of interference in an application filed For Being Mentioned.
