Petitioner was appointed as Gang Mazdoor in the year 2016 on compassionate grounds and has been discharging duties as such till now. He passed diploma in civil engineering in the year 2019. He claims to be eligible and qualified for promotion to the post of Draft Man/Field Ted Operator Grade - I/Technical Work Inspector (Permanent). Persons who are working as Gang Mazdoor promoted as Tracer taking into consideration the seniority and diploma qualification, one such promotion to Sri P.Bhanu, by proceedings dated 20.07.2024 claiming parity on similar lines, petitioner has made representation dated was given 3 CGRJ W.P. No.7294 of 2025 .1^ 02.12.2024 with the first respondent and the same is a stated to be pending. 4. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that it would suffice to direct the first respondent to consider and dispose his representation for the purpose of considering promotion as Draft Man/Field Ted Operator Grade - I/Technical Work Inspector (Permanent). Learned standing counsel for 1®* respondent placed on 5. written instructions dated 23.02.2025 and submits that respondents are willing to dispose of the representation of petitioner in accordance with law, besides submitting that the post which is held by petitioner presently is not feeder post for the purpose of considering promotion as Draft Man/Field Ted Operator Grade - I/Technical Work Inspector (Permanent). In view of the above submissions, without expressing any 6. opinion on merits of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that it would suffice to dispose of the present writ petition directing the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 02.12.2024, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible preferably PSF 4 CGRJ W.P.
