When the matter is taken up, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents raised a preliminary objection that the age of the father in law of the petitioner namely Vanshi Singh is mentioned in paragraph six of the petition as 70 years while the notary affidavit filed in support of the transfer is mentioned as 80 years. 2. After going through the same, a prayer has been made by learned counsel for the petitioner to dismiss the present petition as withdrawn. 3. This prayer has not been opposed by learned counsel for the respondents. 4. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
