2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Keraikela P.S. Case No. 11/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 103, (1), 238(b) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West Singhbhum, Chakradharpur, Chaibasa.
3. On 16.08.2024, uncle of the informant went missing. During the course of investigation, on 19.08.2024, his dead body was found lying in village Bardih. F.I.R. was registered against the present petitioner on suspicion that he might have committed the murder of the deceased.
4. Mr. Arun Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that apart from confession, there is no other material against the petitioner on the record.
5. Mr. Santosh Kumar Shukla, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and also submitted that the petitioner had called the victim, thereafter, he went missing.
6. From perusal of impugned order, it appears that the petitioner had confessed his guilt.
7. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West Singhbhum, Chakradharpur, Chaibasa in connection with Keraikela P.S. Case No. 11/2024.
