Accordingly, service of notice upon the respondent nos. 1 to 6 is deemed to be complete. The present Interlocutory application has been instituted, praying for condonation of delay of 16 days in filing the connected civil revision petition being CRP No. 29/2025. I have heard Mr. R. Ingo, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant. Also perused the contentions made in the application. Page No.# 3/3 On perusal of the reasons asserted by the applicant in the Interlocutory application, I am of the considered view that the delay of 16 days occasioned in filing the connected civil revision petition is not deliberate but, is circumstantial. Accordingly, considering the averments made in the Interlocutory application, I am of the view that the said delay is required to be condoned. Hence, the delay of 16 days occasioning in filing the connected civil revision petition stands condoned. In view of the above, the instant Interlocutory application stands disposed of.
