None appears nor any representation made on behalf of the both the applicant to press these revision on repeated calls. 2. In criminal revision No. 1224/2022 has been filed by the applicants with the following prayer: “It is therefore prayed that the Hon'ble Court be pleased to call for the record of the case and after its perusal set aside the dated 24.09.2022 passed by Judge of the Family Court, Bemetara and grant maintenance as prayed in application for maintenance.” 3. In criminal revision No. 49/2023 has been filed by the applicant with the following prayer: “It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside impugned order dated 24.09.2022 (Annexure A/1), in Criminal M.J.C. No. 172/2021 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, District 3 Bemetara (C.G.), in the interest of justice.” 4. It appears that with the passage of time, both the applicants have lost interest in pursuing these matters. 5. Accordingly, both the revisions are dismissed on this ground alone. Interim relief if any stands vacated. 6. Let a copy of this order be transmitted to the trial Court concerned forthwith for necessary information and compliance.
