Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Hari Mohan Srivastava, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. 2. The instant petition has been filed for the following relief: "issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.3 and 4 to ensure the possession of petitioner over chak No.1262 Araji No.674 area about 0.56 D situated at Village- Pilkichha (Daulatpur) Pargana-Anguli, Tahsil- Shahganj, District- Jaunpur expeditiously/ within the bound period." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in pursuance of the order passed by the Consolidation Court, the petitioner be given possession of the plot in question. 4. I have considered the argument advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records. 5. The prayer made in the instant petition for providing possession to petitioner in pursuance of the order passed by the Court by way of writ mandamus cannot be allowed. 6.
