In the present writ petition, petitioner is praying for issuance of direction to respondent No.2-Appellate Authority to decide the appeals dated 21.03.2025 (Annexures P-5 to P-8) filed by the petitioner against the orders dated 03.08.2023, 08.08.2023, 08.08.2023 and 14.08.2023 (Annexures P-1 to P-4) in a time bound manner. Further direction has also been sought to not effect any recovery from the salary of the petitioner till the decision of the appeal. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner on instructions from petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if directions are issued to respondent No.2-Appellate Authority to consider and decide statutory appeals expeditiously by passing a speaking order in a time bound manner and till the decision of the said appeals no recovery may be effected from the petitioner. On the asking of Court, Mr. Birinderpal, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondents and he has no objection if the time bound directions are issued to the respondent No.2-Appellate Authority to consider and decide the appeals filed by the petitioner. 5. After taking into consideration, the above said facts, respondent No.2-Appellate Authority is directed to decide the statutory appeals filed by the petitioner in accordance with law by passing a speaking order preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Further, recovery from the salary of the petitioner shall remain stayed, subject to the final order that may be passed by respondent No.2- Appellate Authority. 6.
