This Court, vide order dated 16.07.2024, passed in MCRC No. 4694 of 2024, while allowing the bail to the applicant, namely, Shushant @ Prahlad Netam, had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Raipur, District-Raipur, (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 08.01.2025 has requested for grant of KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 some more time for concluding the trial. 4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD, that there are 29 witnesses in total, but only one witness has testified so far and two witnesses have been summoned for a future date. Currently, the case is pending for the examination report of the disputed documents, but the report has not been received yet. In this situation, it seems unlikely that the case can be concluded within the stipulated timeframe. Hence, she prays for grant of further more time for concluding the trial. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of four months from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 7.
