This writ petition is pending since 2013. 3. This matter is in respect of appointment of Shiksha Mitra. 4. Sri Brijesh Narain, learned Standing Counsel submits that by the impugned order dated 16.5.2013 domicile certificate of wife of the petitioner was cancelled. He further submits that aforesaid fact has not been specifically denied in the averments of this writ petition. 5. I have considered the above submission and taken note of subsequent events also that now the scheme for appointment on the post of Shiksha Mitra has been abandoned, therefore, relief sought cannot be granted and this writ petition is dismissed with a cost of Rs.5000/- to be paid by the counsel for the petitioner in the High Court Bar Association, Allahabad. 6. In case cause still survives, petitioner may approach this Court by way of filing a recall/review application within a period of eight weeks along with receipt of payment of cost.
