GP FOR REVENUE 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE TARLADA RAJASEKHAR RAO WRIT PETITION No.29403 of 2024 ORDER:- This Court, on 10.09.2025, directed the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue to secure instructions regarding rejection of F-line application filed by the petitioner and directed that the matter be listed after one week. 2 Now, the learned counsel for petitioner though well aware of change in roster, mentioned the matter before this Court and obtained a Court slip to list the writ petition under the caption ‘for being mentioned’. 3. Accordingly, the matter is listed today i.e., on 13.11.2025 under the caption ‘for being mentioned’. 4. On a perusal of the record and the order dated 10.09.2025, this Court has not delivered or passed any order to correct it. It appears that the learned counsel has mischievously obtained Court slip from this Court. 5. Hence, the present Writ Petition is dismissed with costs of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only) payable to the Chief Justice Relief Fund within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Otherwise, the Registry is directed to take appropriate steps for recovery of the amount.
