Sri Manoj Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for opposite party/husband submitted that in view of the order dated 28.05.2025 passed in the proceeding under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, the instant transfer application has become infructuous. He placed the photostat copy of the order dated 28.05.2025 passed in Case No. 1511 of 2023 (Vijaya Lakshmi Vs. Vagvaibhav Tripahi), under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, by which the marriage has been dissolved by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Gorakhpur. 4. In view of the order dated 28.05.2025 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Gorakhpur, the instant transfer Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Ashwini Kumar, Ganesh Shanker Srivastava Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : Manoj Kumar Yadav, Prashant Pandey Vijaya Lakshmi .....Applicant(s) Vagvaibhav Tripathi .....Opposite Party(s) application has become infructuous. 5.
