The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking quashing of impugned order dated 20.08.2024 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Jalandhar, whereby non-bailable warrants have been issued and bail bonds and surety bonds of the petitioner have been forfeited. 2. On receipt of advance copy of petition, Mr. Adhiraj Singh, A.A.G., Punjab has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent-State and has produced copy of orders dated 07.01.2025 and 21.02.2025 to show that non-bailable warrants were issued against the petitioner and it was further ordered that proclamation against the petitioner be issued by serving official till 20.01.2025. He further submits that neither the said orders have been annexed with the petition nor have been challenged. 2. Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition. 3.
