2 HN, J W.P.No.10983 2025 The Court made the following Order: The learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are being threatened by respondent No.4, at the behest of respondent Nos.5 and 6, to vacate the property and hand it over to respondent I

Nos.5 and 6. 2. it is submitted that the petitioners have filed O.S.No.83 of 2025 on the file of the li Additional District and Sessions Judge, Guntur and that an Advocate Commissioner has been appointed to conduct a survey of the subject land and submit a report. Pending the same, respondent No.4 has been sending men to the petitioners to compel them to vacate the premises. 3 It is further submitted that the petitioners have also filed a complaint against respondent Nos.5 and 6, which has been registered as Crime No.97 of 2025, on the file of Nagarampalem Police Station. The petitioners are also facing allegations in Crime No.62 of 2025.
However, the pendency of criminal cases against the petitioners and respondent Nos.5 and 6 shall not be a cause of action for respondent No.4 to interfere in the civil disputes pending between the petitioners and respondent Nos.5 and 6. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed off by directing the respondent No.4 not to interfere in the civil disputes pending between the petitioners and respondent Nos.5 and 6 without following the due process of law.
