learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the 4’^ respondent, at the instance of respondent Nos.5 and 6, in repeatedly calling the petitioner to the police Station and
1. threatening the petitioner to settle the civil disputes between the petitioner and the respondent Nos.5 and 6.
2. The learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the petitioner was called to the police station upon receipt of a complaint from the 6'*^ respondent, and for the purpose of investigation. It is further submitted that after realizing that the disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondent Nos.4, 5 and 6 are of a civil nature, the police refrained from proceedings further.
3. Recording the submissions, there shall be a direction to petitioner to approach the appropriate civil Court for redressal of his grievance. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
