Sri Ashok Kumar Singh has appeared on behalf of respondents. 3. This writ petition is pending since 2010. 4. Petitioner has challenged the impugned order dated 16.7.2010 whereby her assignement as Shiksha Mitra was cancelled. 5. Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that as the appointment of petitioner was contractual, it could be cancelled as well as Full Bench of this Court in Writ-A No.26189 of 2012, Km. Sandhya Singh & Ors. Vs. State of U.P. & Ors, has held that there is no absolute right for such appointments. Otherwise also, scheme of Shiksha Mitra has already been abondoned in the year 2010. 6. I have considered the above submission and that not only the petitioner's appointment was contractual, but since scheme of Shiksha Mitra has already been abondoned, therefore, no interfere is required in the impugned order. 7.
