The present writ petition is filed for the following relief:- "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondent No.3 District Inspector of School, Mathura to make payment of the post retiral benefits and other dues payable to the petitioner along with the interest @ 18 % per annum forthwith or within the time frame as fixed by this Hon'ble High Court; (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondent No.3 District Inspector of School, Mathura pass a reasoned and speaking order on the representation dated 02.02.2015 moved by the petitioner (Annexure No.24 to this Writ Petition) within the time frame as fixed by this Hon'ble High Court after providing an opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner." 2. In view of the orders passed in Writ Petition No.35496 of 2015, as the writ petition is allowed, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for post retirement benefits and all dues which he is eligible may be released to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of a receipt of a copy of this order. 3. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of.
