DEEPAK GUPTA , J.(Oral) The two peoners are stated to have performed marriage on 03.04.2025. They apprehend danger to their life and liberty from the family members- private respondent Nos.4 to 7 as the marriage was inter-caste and therefore, they have approached this Court for seeking protecon. 2. As it was noced by this Court that both the peoners were residents of District Shamli, U0ar Pradesh, though they have given the present address to be Ashok Vihar Colony, Police Staon Madhuban, Tehsil and District Karnal, so, vide order dated 05.04.2025, direcon was given to verify the factum of residence of both the peoners. Today, learned State counsel, on instrucons from S.I. Ram Mehar of Police Staon Madhuban, has submi0ed the report to the effect that though peoners were residing at the given address, but le5 that place on 06.04.2025. 3. Faced with this situaon, learned counsel for the peoners submits that peoners are presently residing at Chandigarh. However, no such address of the peoners at Chandigarh is menoned in the peon. 4. No ground for granng protecon to the peoners is made out. As such, present peon is hereby dismissed.
