The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing respondents 1 and 3 to consider the representations dated:11.08.2017 and dated:22.01.2018 vide Annexures-F and G. 3. AGA urged several contentions. Heard the arguments and perused the Writ papers with care. 4. AGA submits a memo has been filed stating that the Investigation Officer filed the charge sheet to the Jurisdictional Sessions Court. The VIII Addl. District and Sessions Judge after full-fledged trial, acquitted the Accused by an order - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC-D:6386 WP No. 102607 of 2018 dated:25.01.2022. In view of the disposal of the main matter, the present Writ Petition does not survives for consideration. Hence, he submits that the memo may be placed on record and an appropriate order may be passed. The oral submission made by AGA and the memo is placed on record. 5. The representations were made prior to the charge sheet. Because of the acquittal order, the present Writ Petition does not survive for consideration. Resultantly, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
