Sri.Vishwanath S.Bichagatti., counsel for the petitioner, Sri.Praveen K.Uppar., AGA for respondent No.1, Sri.M.L.Vanti., counsel for respondent No.2 and Sri.Mrutyunjay S.Hallikeri., counsel for respondent No.3 have appeared in person.
2. The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 12.11.2024 given to the respondent No.3 vide Annexures-D, D1 whereby directing to provide adequate compensation or demolish the compound wall to the extent of 7 guntas of encroached area.
3. Heard the arguments and perused the writ papers with care.
4. Counsel for the petitioner submits that a mandamus may be ordered directing respondent No.3 to consider the

representation submitted by the petitioner on 12.11.2024 vide Annexures-D and D1. Counsel for the respondents submits that an appropriate
order may be passed.
5. A Mandamus is ordered directing respondent No.3 to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner on 12.11.2024 vide Annexures-D and D1 in accordance with the law, within eight weeks from the receipt of certified copy of this
order, if not already considered.
