The writ petition seeks quashing of the F.I.R. dated 31.12.2024 giving rise to Case Crime No. 528 of 2024, under Sections 318(4), 352, 351(3) of B.N.S. and Section 3(1)(x) of S.C./S.T. Act, Police Station-Mughalsarai, District-Chandauli. 4. Learned A.G.A has submitted that in the present matter the chargesheet has been submitted against the petitioner, but he is not certain whether cognizance has been taken thereon or not. 5. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with direction that cognizance is taken on the police report by the court below, petitioner shall not be arrested pursuant to the impugned F.I.R.
