The present writ application has been filed for seeking following relief(s): “(i) For issuance of an appropriate order/s, direction/s including a writ preferably in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing upon the Respondents to appoint the petitioner to the post of Panchayat Teacher(Urdu) in the Teacher Employment year, 2008. (ii) Further, the Respondents may also be directed to enquire into matter illegality and irregularity committed by the respondent Patna High Court CWJC No.8842 of 2022(3) dt.06-03-2025 2/2 authorities in the appointment Panchayat Teacher (Urdu) in the Panchayat Raj Maker under Saran District. (iii) The petitioner seeks indulgence of this Hon'ble court to grant him any other relief/s to which he is entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 3. Considering the relief(s) sought by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before the Respondent No.5 along with all supporting documents within a period of four weeks and the Respondent No. 5 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioner after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within one month thereafter. 4.
