Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-ll would 3. submit that the respondent-authorities have sent a proposal for the implementation of minimum time scale to the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner died on 03.06.2021 and copy of the death certificate of the petitioner is placed on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the present Writ Petition may be closed as the petitioner died on 03.06.2021 and he could not bring the legal representatives of the petitioner on record. 4. .V 2 Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as abated, 5. since the petitioner died and legal representatives are not brought on record.
