Shanti Devi alias Sukhmanyeen has completed her sentence and after completion of her entire sentence she has been released from jail on 24.03.2021. A copy of the report dated 09.11.2024 is available in the case. 2 2. In view of the jail report dated 09.11.2024 learned counsel for the appellant would submit that since the appellant already served entire jail sentence he is no pressing the present appeal on her behalf and the same may be disposed of. 3. Learned counsel for the State has no objection. 4. On the submission made by learned counsel for the appellant that the appellant has already served entire sentence awarded to her and he is not pressing the appeal, the present criminal appeal is dismissed as not pressed.
