Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 175 of 2024 arising out of Nimdih P.S. Case No. 21 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 310 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code, 2023, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Chandil. 3. On 21.05.2024, wife of the Informant was found murdered. It is alleged that the petitioner was having illicit relationship with her. During the course of investigation, on the pointing out of the petitioner, bloodstained stone which was used in committing murder of the deceased, was recovered. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that bloodstained stone was recovered from the place of occurrence itself. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. Learned Trial Court shall expedite the trial.
