2. Vide order dated 19.02.2025, bail application of the applicants was rejected and in Para 7 of the said order, it has been mentioned as under :
“7. Accordingly, the bail application of applicant- Laxman Yadav involved in Crime No.362/2024 under Section 191(2), 191(3), 190, 115(2), 296, 351(3), 109(1) & 103(1) of BNS, 2023 at Police Station- Baikunthpur, District- M.C.B., Chhattisgarh, is rejected.”

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the present petition has not been preferred against any of the order, but is preferred for modification of order dated 19.02.2025, whereby name of applicant No.2 (Ashok Kumar Yadav) has not been mentioned in the bail rejecting order in MCRC No.1389/2025 passed by this Court. Therefore, it is prayed that this Court may kindly modify the order dated 19.02.2025 to incorporate the name of applicant No.2 – Ashok Kumar Yadav, which was inadvertently left, in the interest of justice.
4. Learned State counsel contended that he has no any objection on the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner.
5. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record with utmost circumspection.
6. On perusal of order dated 19.02.2025 passed in MCRC No.1389 of 2025 (Annexure P/1), it appears that some part of Paragraph No.07 was inadvertently typed and it is a typographical error.

7. On due consideration, the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner is allowed.
8. It is directed that in order dated 19.02.2025 passed in MCRC No.1389 of 2025 (Annexure P/1), Paragraph No.07 shall be read as under:
“7. Accordingly, the bail application of applicants- Laxman Yadav and Ashok Kumar Yadav Alias Pappu involved in Crime No.362/2024 under Section 191(2), 191(3), 190, 115(2), 296, 351(3), 109(1) & 103(1) of BNS, 2023 at Police Station- Baikunthpur, District- M.C.B., Chhattisgarh, is rejected.”
