The petitioner was involved in a case in FIR No.279 of 2025 registered for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 112(1), 319(2) and 318(4) read with Section 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and Sections 66-C and 66-D of the Information Technology Act, 2008, on the file of the Cyber Crime Police Station, Visakhapatnam Commissionerate. Sri C. Raghu, learned Senior Counsel appearing for Sri Kona N.D.V. Raman Rao, submits that the father of the petitioner died on 23.12.2025. A photograph of the corpse of the petitioner’s father has been filed, and in support thereof, a certificate has been filed stating that the father of the petitioner died on 23.12.2025. Considering the emergent situation, as the petitioner is required to perform the final rites of his father at Bengaluru, the petitioner seeks to be enlarged on temporary bail. The petitioner was arrested on 17.12.2025 and has been in judicial custody for the past seven days. In view of the demise of the father of the petitioner, the petitioner shall be enlarged on temporary bail subject to he executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only), with two sureties each for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the Superintendent Central Prison, Visakhapatnam.
