LINGALA HAZARATHAIAH Counsel for the Respondent(S): 1. ::3:: HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE VENKATESWARLU NIMMAGADDA I.A.No.3 of 2025 IN C.R.P.No.106 of 2025 This Court made the following ORDER: On 01.04.2025 this Court disposed of C.R.P.No.106 of 2025 directing the II Additional Junior Civil Judge, Kadapa, to dispose of I.A.No.338 of 2024 in O.S.No.573 of 2024, in accordance with law, within a period of four (04) months from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 2. Pursuant to the above orders, learned Principal District Judge, Kadapa addressed a letter dated 17.10.2025 to the Registrar (Judicial), High Court of Andhra Pradesh enclosing the letter of II Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kadapa wherein it is stated that he has taken charge for the post of II Additional Civil Judge’s Court, Kadapa from his learned Predecessor in the month of May, 2025 and stating that the record shows that on 30.04.2025 the orders of this Court in C.R.P.No.106/2025 have been received and further stated that due to non-payment of batta for Respondent No.5 in time, due to change of counsels for petitioner, and both parties dragging the matter in every adjournment as such the matter was not disposed of within stipulated ::4:: time as prescribed by the Hon’ble High Court. Learned II Additional Judge (Junior Division), Kadapa further mentioned that he was nominated for Institutional Training (Basic Course) for a period of five weeks (i.e., from 11.08.2025 to 14.09.2025) at A.P. Judicial Academy, Mangalagiri, Guntur and also he was again nominated for Institutional Training (Practical Training) for a period of four weeks (i.e., from 15.09.2025 to 11.10.2025) at District Headquarters, Kadapa and assumed charge for the post of II Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kadapa on 12.10.2025 after completion of training. As such he could not dispose of the said I.A. No.338 of 2024 within the stipulated time and requested a further period of four (04) months to dispose of I.A.No.338 of 2024. 3. After perusal of the material placed on record, it appears that due to various official duties i.e., (1) Institutional Training (Basic Course) for a period of five weeks (i.e., from 11.08.2025 to 14.09.2025) at A.P. Judicial Academy (2) Institutional Training (Practical Training) for a period of four weeks (i.e., from 15.09.2025 to 11.10.2025) at District Headquarters, Kadapa etc., II Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kadapa could not dispose of I.A.No.338 of 2024 within stipulated time as prescribed by this Court. ::5:: 4. For the reasons sated as above, this Court is of the considered opinion that this I.A.No.3 of 2025 can be disposed of by extending the time for further period for disposal of I.A.No.338 of 2024 in O.S.No.573 of 2024 by II Additional Civil Judge, (Junior Division) Kadapa, in accordance with law, within a period of four (04) months from 30.08.2025. 5.
