The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent strongly opposes this petition, stating that it is not maintainable. It is submitted that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail on 12.11.2024, in Crl.O.P.No.28102 of 2024, with the condition that the petitioner must surrender before the lower Court within a stipulated period of two weeks and failure to do so, would result in the dismissal of the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner. Hence, prays to dismiss the petition. 3. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to grant the extension of time sought by the petitioner. 4.
