The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioners for quashing the order dated 13.4.2015 passed by respondent no.2 and with a request to direct the District Inspector of Schools, Allahabad to pass a fresh order approving the selection of the petitioners and to pay them salary in accordance with law. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the impugned order dated 13.4.2015 was passed solely on the ground based on the Government Orders dated 06.01.2011 and 04.09.2013. According to the said Government Orders, the petitioners have been imposed on recruitment of Class-IV employees in aided secondary institutions and also Class-IV employees to pay arrears. 3. The said issues were placed for consideration before this Hon'ble Court in Special Appeal No.692 of 2015 (Rita Devi Vs. State of U.P. and Others) wherein the Court had set-aside the identical orders and remanded the matter to the competent authority for fresh consideration without reference to the aforesaid Government Orders. 4. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners and also perusal of the orders passed by this Court in (Rita Devi Vs. State of U.P. and Others), the impugned order dated 13.4.2015 is set-aside and the matter is remanded back to the concerned authorities once again to consider the case of the petitioners without reference to the aforesaid Government Orders and pass appropriate orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.
