He would contend that the applicant has already rectified most of the defects pointed out by the Registry in MAC except deposit of Rs.25,000/-. He would further contend that the applicant will deposit the mandatory security amount within a period of one week. 3) Taking into consideration the submission made by Mr.Yadav, MAC No.747 of 2023 is restored to its original number subject to payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- payable to the High Court Bar Association Library Fund. 4) MCC stands disposed of.
