With the consent of counsel for the parties, the matter is heard finally. 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the State contended that the alternate remedy available to the petitioners under Section 50 of the Chhattisgargh Land Revenue Code, 1959, therefore, the petitioners may challenge the order passed by the Commissioner, Bilaspur Division, Bilaspur (C.G.) before the Board of Revenue. 3. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to avail the alternative remedy as available to the petitioner under the Rule/law. 4. Prayer is allowed and the Petitioners are directed to file revision before the Revenue Board within ‘15 days’ from today and in turn, the Revenue Board shall decide such revision filed by the petitioners as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with rules, regulations and law. 5. Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 6. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
