2. This is an application for condonation of 90 days delay. Learned Advocate for Respondent No.1 opposes the application contending that sufficient cause is not made out. However, no reply is filed to oppose the application.
3. Considering the averments made in the application, especially paragraph 2 about heavy rainfall in Kolhapur region and loss of property and standing crops, sufficient cause is made out.
